I've had my Versa for two years nearly problem free. Yesterday I noticed that my Versa wasn't working properly. The battery had de-charged quickly and the screen wouldn't come on. You could see the screen was "lit" but there wasn't anything showing. After a hard-reset and plugging the Versa in for charging I could hear the computer chime that showed it recognized the Versa was there but immediately afterwards would chime like it disconnected. This repeated several times.
Eventually I got the Versa to charge (according to the app), but I haven't been able to get the screen to come back on except only momentarily after a hard-reset. Then it turns off again. This morning its sitting in the charging cradle, the computer isn't recognizing it as being plugged in and the app has lost the connection with it.
Any ideas? Thank you!

Sounds like to me the battery is kaput but you might want to check with Customer Support.
