Versa Died and now won’t charge

Any advice for what to do if your Versa dies and then won’t charge again. I’ve tried 2 different chargers, it doesn’t even seem to react when plugging on the charger, no vibration or anything.

I had the same issue, the customer service here simply suggested i should reset and charge, which i did for over 24hrs and which obviously still didnt work. Fitbit appears to want to simply brush this off. Was thinking of getting the new fitbit sense for my wife but the way my case has been handled, im not so sure anymore. Will look out for alternative brands here, a company that can provide satisfactory/problem solving customer support.

Hi Pistonhead - I used their online chat help desk and first they had me clean the back of the watch and the charger pins. That didn’t work but then they had me hold the left and bottom right button for 20 seconds and it turned back on!  It came on at 100% battery but they still recommended leaving on for 30 minutes.  I am back in business though!
