I've noticed syncing issues on my versa, similar to many other users. But I've noticed any time my versa dies, I have to do a factory reset to get it to resync.
Fitbit, what's up with that? I have done everything, and am so tired of hearing "try resetting versa/phone/connections".
Fix this please.

I would try all day sync and see if that helps.
