Versa Face Broke Loose

Hello-

 

I minding my own business eating pizza today and looked down at my Versa watch and the face had popped loose. The watch is less than a year old and I don't really do anything that could have caused it. I work an office job and walk for exercise. Is there some kind of manufacturer warranty that covers this type of thing?

mine has come loose as well the clock face and i just did a online chat they said i will get an email coming i haven’t even had it that long as well it was like December till now i’m the same as well i do walking & the odd exercise
