Versa-Failure to hold a charge

My Versa will no longer hold a charge for more than a day. When I received it as a Christmas present last year. It would hold a charge for like 5 days. Help! 🙂

@Jamie-Yogi, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the battery is draining fast.

 

I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your watch. After this, monitor the battery's behavior and see if the issue gets fixed.
