My Versa 2 just did an up.

I can't find what the update did or what OS version I have. I just have the firmware version.

So how can I find the OS version?

What is in the latest update?

I don't know what is in it either.  My Versa 2 updated yesterday.  Today, I noticed that it won't consistently count my steps.  I had to loosen the watch around my wrist and shake it to get the step counter to move; but, it won't continue to count steps.  It is useless.

Hi. I also have problems since updating my Versa 2 to 35.72.1.9. The big problem is that heart rate monitoring is now highly erratic. Heart rate builds to a high level when exercising (mostly jogging) but then after a few minutes drops down to fat-burn level before eventually starting to build again; heart rate never stabilises. I have not changed my exercise regime or the wrist placement of the device. I have had my Versa 2 since January 2020 and have never had any problems with it till now.
