It's been two days trying to update. I've tried every hour. Nothing. I've restarted my watch 4 times in the past two days, hoping it'll work. My watch IS connected via bluetooth, I know because my phone says so. But the Fitbit app won't connect for the update. Today, I tried to connect the app via wi-fi under its settings option. But the app says it can't connect to wi-fi. WHAT?! My phone IS connected to wi-fi. I know because my phone says so.
WHAT IS WRONG?!
I can't see any data, tracking history for the past two days ever since I got the notification for a firmware update. The second I got the notification was the second it stopped functioning. I've followed every step and to no avail. Please, I need this issue fixed!

How far from the router are you when you attempt to set up wifi on the Versa?

Initially, I was about 40 feet away. So I tried standing next to it. But it didn't work.

Do you have a Windows PC or tablet? Then install Fitbit app for Windows in your PC, if you have a tablet, install Fitbit in your tablet
Then do this
1.VERSA
======
In SETTING: Click ABOUT - the click SHUTDOWN
Switch on again
2. PC or Tablet
==========
Run Fitbit, login etc
(in PC, grant permission to pair)
sync & enable notification
In my experience, the PC give the best & stable connection to Versa, for updating your firmware or for syncing. The Tablet is next.
