My wife purchased a Versa for both of us, cool!!! Or, maybe not. Both of our Versas successfully connected to our Wi-Fi, Synced, but the Firmware Update fails to either initiate or complete even Step 1 of 3 in the Update. Now, neither will sync and until the Firmware Update is successful, each device is useless. These setups are being attempted using Android phones and iOS on ipad Mini's. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone, same problem. I went to the Apple app store, and can't even find the Fitbit App. These issues should be anticipated and resolved prior to release of new models. What action do we take now Fitbit? We've had similar issues with our Ones and our Blazes. This seems to be a reoccurring theme of Fitbit products. We're hopeful for a resolution as we are excited to impliment these Versas. No resolution may result in going to Garmin.

Return them for a refund if you still can. I've been dealing with similar sync issues for 5 months. Fitbit support blames my phones and tablets and tells me that App support isn't guaranteed and so long as that is the only problem I have then I basically don't have a problem. This company is a joke
