Versa - Fitbit app displays only calories

My app is not displaying steps, or my sleep only calories

I am sorry to hear your Fitbit app is not displaying your steps or sleep, and shows only calories. I am here to help. I recommend confirming if your Fitbit Versa is paired to your Fitbit account. If it's not paired, you can follow these steps:

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
