Versa Fitbit won't turn on after factory reset

Help!

I was having an issue with my screen not working properly and tried most of the troubleshooting suggestions I found in the forum for that issue. None of that worked, so I thought I would try a factory reset. Now I can't get it to turn on at all. I doubt the battery is the issue as it was probably at 90% when my screen stopped working and I've had it plugged in for a few hours in the hopes that that might help me turn it back on.

@Aodermatt, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the screen won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know how the factory reset was performed. Also, let me know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger.

Looking forward to your response.

Hi!

As I couldn't see anything on the screen I couldn’t do it via the settings. This is what it looked like:

14184E7A-3274-4506-80A5-DE3D806039F4.jpeg

So I held all three buttons until I could see the screen change (to what I assumed was the logo) and then let go of the bottom right button and held the other two until I felt it vibrate.

But now I can’t get it to turn back on, no matter which button I press or if it is plugged in.
I did have an issue a few weeks ago where the screen wouldn’t turn on (even though I don’t recall turning the Fitbit off) but a soft reset fixed that issue for me then.

It does not seem to vibrate when I put it on the charger.

Thanks!

@Aodermatt, I'm sorry for the late response. However, thank you for trying the recommended troubleshooting steps and providing the picture showing your Versa's screen.

Since the issue persists, let me go ahead and forward your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.

I'll be around if any question arises.
