Versa Floor Count

Morning all!

Yesterday, I upgraded to a Versa from entry level product.

So, this morning while driving to work, I charged my Versa in the car.

I get to work and it shows 35 floors climbed.  I look at the log, and It shows only 1 floor climbed, but still totals 35 for day.

I was planning on using log "driving" fix; however, I cannot see any specific time frame where I accumulated floors.

Any answers?

Hey @SunsetRunner, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! If you could use a computer just to see this data, it'll be easier and you'll get it more detailed. Let me explain to you why.

1. Go to the top of the page and click on "Log" then click on "Activities"

2. Then select "today", below "floors" and on the calendar on the right side, select the date when the extra floors were tracked

3. You can see on the left side, appears the number of floors that were tracked per hour. For example, the first graph in my case, says that the first 2 floors were tracked around 7:45 am (you can hover the mouse over each graph to see the exact time were the floor or floors were tracked and the specific time) the second one says that I climbed 3 floors around 7:50 am. And so and so. Was it clear enough? You can see the same graph on the Fitbit app but it won't display information that you see when you hover your mouse on the computer Dashboard. On the app you can get more like an estimated.

So with this info, you can try to log the driving activity with exact time to delete the extra floors.

Please let me know if you have further questions!
