Versa Freezes and it only works when I restart it

Anyone having issues that their Versa freezes?  I have to reset in order for it to go home.  Lost a few work outs.

Hey @SunsetRunner, it is great to see new faces around! Beside restarting your Versa to make it properly work every time it freezes, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again. If the issue persists, let me know. 😉

Hey @Jenntg, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! If the screen of your Versa is freezing, I'd like you to try to restart it and/or turning off and on by following these instructions: 

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

FYI most of us cannot use the watch anymore .And replacing it is not an option for Versa as thenflawnis in the software not hardware  . if I were Google.I would go back in that purchase option  .... why buy a company with so many issues?
