I did the update for my Versa and now it's doing strange things. It's cutting off randomly throughout the day. I had 100% charge when I put it on this morning and it was at 15 % by the time I got home from work. Yes I charged it correctly. It also disconnected my GPS during my run and gave me stats that were way off. I have reset my Versa 3 times. These trackers are entirely too expensive to not work.

@SunsetRunner Try a factory reset. Remove it from bluetooth on your phone, then do the factory reset from the Settings/ About app. Then set it up like new. If that doesn't work, you'll probably need to contact support for a replacement. If it's within the return period for whoever you bought it from, I'd go there first, it'll be faster and more pleasant.

Tried the factory reset and it died. The battery was at 100 % and then it said empty. The screen flickers off and on and I see Chinese letters and lines faintly in the screen. I purchased the 2 year warranty at Best Buy. I'm returning it today.
