Versa GPS isn't connecting

Ok... this is a bit weird.. because it used to work. Since my Versa crashed on a run last week. I have not been able to get it to connect to my GPS on the phone, it might be a coincidence but I need some tricks.

 

The Versa shows in the Bluetooth, it syncs with my S6 Galaxy, always has all I see when exercising now is connecting. GPS is on, obviously, have not changed anything. It used to work, I have maps to prove it but right now last 3 exercise. No maps.

 

I have restarted phone and watch multiple times to no avail.

I am sorry to hear that your Versa isn't connecting to your phone's GPS, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I recommend taking a look at the help article Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.

I got it to connect this morning. I went into the Bluetooth and setup to
pair. Since I did that. It takes about 30 sec and it connects. I have not
gone for a run today but will test more tomorrow
