Versa HR monitor not working

I got my Versa on Monday and has been working fine.  Last night I charged it and when I took it off charge the clock screen had changed and the HR monitor is not picking up anything.  One green light flashing on the back.  

Have turned it off & on again, but no change....please help!!

Restart your Versa several times. If that doesnt fix it do a Factory reset (settings app on the Versa and scroll down to About). If that doesnt fix it you will need to contact Support (link in my signature )
