Versa HR says "no measurements"

My versa keeps saying there are no measurements on my heart rate spot. 

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, logging in and out of the app. It still says no measurements.

Any suggestions?

Try a Restart on your Versa and do it several times if necessary.
