How do I get my Fitbit versa heart rate sensor working? I have tried resetting it and making sure it’s turned on But no light comes up at all. Is anyone else having this problem! Anyone know how to fix it? My Fitbit is less than a year old and hasn’t gone through anything that could cause this.

Hi @tpuzzzz , if you have tried resetting your Versa to solve this problem and the HR sensor still is not working, it's time to call Customer Support. Regards kuzibri
