Versa HR way too low

Hi got my new Versa today. Run bit exercise bike with HR about 120-130 but Versa showed only 70-90 ppm.
Tryed several location on my wrist, but it did not help...
I have also used Ionic Adidas version and with that HR was quite close same as the exercise bike. Bit off at low end but no nearly bad as this Versa.

I am using one of the custom display, may that effect something ? or is the clock itself defected ?
Clock version is 32.33.1.30

Shoud i send it to repair somewhere, under warranty or what the do with it ?

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons.

Sorry to say, but it did not help, still ~20-30 ppm too low reading when comparing other HR monitors
(resting ppm seems to be quite all right tough)

Anyway, i have no time or interesting to wonder with these device, they either work or not.
So i have returned this back to the shop and bought Polar Vantage v instead.
