I've had my Versa for a few months now, and after a short workout yesterday the HR monitor decided to display 100bpm for an hour and then no reading at all (the HR monitor worked perfectly yestersay morning); the back LEDs are no longer displaying.
I reset it 5 times, checked the settings to make sure HR was turned on, changed the clock face, added more charge, plugged it into comp to turn on auto reading, wiped the back, and adjusted its location on my wrist, checked other posts about factory resetting, but nothing seemed to work. I bought this because of a heart issue so it's not doing the most important thing I need it to.
HELP.

Hi, since you're already tried a lot to solve this problem, is't still not. So, I would advice you to contact Customer Support as it seems to be a hardware issue.
