I have gone through all the different threads on this, and tried every single thing I came across. I’ve even factory reset twice. The BPM lights no longer work no matter what I do. Makes it impossible to track my workouts and sleep. Super frustrated.. please help!

I have the same problem I can’t find a number for Custer service I did all the steps that they showed me and mines still won’t work
