In few day( since I up dated the Versa) my fitbit isnt lasting a day after its fully charged and the light on back and Heart rate monitor has stopped working. Might be coincidence that I updated it last wee and it had stopped working.
Anyone have an ideas or is my Versa slowly giving up the ghost?

Hi @Banana2406 , restart your Versa three times by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo. If that does not solve your problems, go to the settings of your Versa and turn HR off and repeat the above procedure and after that switch your HR to on again. Regards kuzibri

I gave that a bash and still no heart rate monitor or green light on back 😞

have you checked your heart rate setting @Banana2406 the last firmware i installed turned my heart rate off.

I have had it since about 2017. So imagine warranty has ended long ago 😞
