Versa Heart rate not showing at all

Heart rate not showing at all after last week of being way over actual. Have reset with no change. Need help with this

Hi, did you perform the restart only once? Is the green light of the sensor onthe back of your screen working? The restart procedure only works when you perform it 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. give it a try and let me know if it solved your HR problem.

I restarted it several times and finally heart rate came back. Now it’s back to being inaccurate. Much higher than it actually is.

Glad to read it's back again. Regarding the higher reading, I would suggest to wait for a day in order to get the HR readjusted again.
