I can not get the default clock I am being asked to purchase an always on clock face which I do not want to do. How to I get back to the free default clock face.

@jakemom -On your Versa, swipe to the left until you can select Alway On. Change that to Off. Go back to the main screen. You should be back to a different clock face. Now, in the Fitbit app on your phone, you should be able to go to Account —> Versa —> Clock Faces —> -All Clocks and delectable what you want.

When I try and get to a clock face i get a message that says welcome to Shift Calendar Clock and the only option i have is to continue w/purchase. I don't want to purchase this, I want the default clock face back. I have tried swipping left and do not have an Always On option either.
this started with a clock face error message and the only option was to purchase a clock face which I did not wish to do.

@jakemom - Here is a link to the Versa 2 manual. On page 22, it describes another place to deselect Always On. Please try that and let us know what happens.

I dont have a Versa 2; I have the first generation Versa. I believe however that I may have solved my problem by selecting a different free clock face.
