I can't get it to stay tuned on are to can't get to watch to charge. Have not had it for year. I love my watch please help

Hi @tgentry422,
First let's check the charging ports. For this, there are several ways to clean them, but since I don't dare try anything with liquids around the charging ports, my favorite method is just scraping gently around the edges with a toothpick. Do this with both the charger and the Versa. Once the ports turn a nice, golden yellow, the ports are clean.
Next, let's try plugging it in. I recommend using a computer for this, if possible, but if not, you can use a wall. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours. Make absolutely sure that the pins are lined up on both the charger and the device are secure. If you feel the tracker vibrate, the connection is secure.
Periodically throughout the charging process, you can tap the device to make sure it's still charging. I usually do this every half hour or so. If you find that after two hours that it's still not charging, it's time to contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page) and ask for a Battery Test. Be sure to send in proof during the test.

No I try clean around the battery didn't work. No I didn't get nothing help the help deck very unhappy
