Versa ISSUES connecting, tracking, BPM & MORE!

Over the last two weeks my Versa has been acting up. The issues include:

  • lack of battery life (max 12 hours)
  • no monitoring heart rate
  • not monitoring activity per hour
  • issues with counting steps (on and off; today has basically not worked)

I have tried every tip and suggestion offered on these discussion boards and in my various direct emails with Fitbit (chaining to a Fitbit clock face, left and bottom right reset, left and bottom right reset multiple times in a row, factory reset, charging every twelve hours over night, deleted apps on the watch, etc). 

 

Yesterday, my Versa kept vibrating and going on and off. While I had a good day for steps the Versa multiplied my steps by 3. I'm BEYOND frustrated. Today, it has barely tracked any steps. This is just unacceptable for a $200 watch that claims 4 day battery life, monitoring of various things including heart rate (which as someone with a heart condition is important), activity, STEPS. I am a long time Fitbit customer that is now looking at other non-Fitbit products to bring my business. I need something that works.

I share in your frustration. I have had my versa less then six months when the battery became defective. When I did call and explained the issue because it is under warranty I was given the option for another versa or 50% another device that is offered through Fitbit. I am getting another device. I will be getting another device in a week. Now if second device acts up in the same way I may be looking at another device altogether!
