I laid down for bed and my new Fitbit Versa froze, it shows the icon like when you turn it on really bright, but then it doesn't respond after pressing anything, I finally pressed all buttons and it finally turned off, I turned it back on and it's fine now...is this a glitch? I have only had it since Tuesday. My previous Fitbit Blaze never did anything like that...

Well it shouldnt do that. Try restarting it a few times and keep an eye on it. If it does it again you will need to contact Support (link in my signature)
