bought my versa in may 2018. Last month the LCD came out on it's own, dangling. Display is working fine. But can't use it as the LCD just doesn't stick any more and it keeps coming out. Reach out the support desk they said it's out of warranty so can't help. Giving in store discount to buy new one..can I trust this product any longer? This looks like a sign of poor hardware. Been told that things like this may happen.

Hi @versaLCD , did you have any problems with your Versa since may 2018? If not, the answer for me is clear: yes you can trust this product, despite all the negative reactions in this community. I use these devices since 5 years and never had any, really not ever, had any problem with them. Not with the Surge, Blaze, Ionic, Versa and now Versa 2. I used the Blaze for almost 2 years before the Ionic was released also with no problems. And indeed these things can happen. Hope this helps, regards kuzibri

I don't think I can trust this product.
when you buy a tv you never expect that it's screen will come out one say on its own, it's same here. Who the hell will expect that one day the versa screen will be dangling nd you have to spend money to buy a new one as it's not in warranty.
