I have updated my versa to the latest software recently. It was working perfectly until the update where it became very slow. I tried everything factory reset and restarting the device multiple times etc. but it is still very slow and laggy. Swiping between screens is not as smooth as before and the update is not optimized at all for the versa. Is there any update coming soon or any solution for this issue. Is it possible to skip updates or revert to previous software versions?

I am having issues since new firmware also. I am hoping there is a way to go back to old firmware. They have ruined my Versa. Takes forever to connect when setting to walk. Loses connection during walk. Only displays heart rate intermittently and get heart rate wrong (pretty sure it didn't go from 89 to 250 in a minute). I never had these problems before latest firmware.
Please fire the people who worked on this turd of an update

I also have had issues since the update. Went from 3+ days on a single charge to getting 4-5 hours at best since the 32.70.8.0 update

same here. Tech support just wants to focus on the battery, won't even acknowledge that there IS an issue with the software, and customer service just blows me off saying, "software won't cause the battery to drain."

Latest firmware seems to of just bricked my 7 month old versa 2 - blank black screen nothing as fixed it they have recommended just waiting to be contacted by customer support - watch still in warranty so should receive a replacement however they said could take longer than 7 days to be in touch which is ridiculous as I would like a replacement this year or better still my money back so I can buy a brand with not so many issues
