I just got a new iPhone SE and I can’t sync my fitbit versa light. No matter what i do the bluetooth will not find my fitbit. I have been trying for 2 days. I have tried EVERYTHING! I removed my fitbit from my account. I have erased and reinstalled the fit bit app. Restarted my phone. I have even factory reset my fitbit. And now my fitbit stuck in the welcome screen and is essentially useless.

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn’t still have a connection to the tracker in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.
If this was the issue you'll then need to go through the setup process again since you have factory reset the fitbit. In the app, go to your profile settings by selecting your profile image at the top left of the main dashboard and select "set up a device"
