Ive had my versa lite for less than a year and it seems to have died. At first I thought it was the battery so I put it on the charger overnight and the next day it still wouldn't turn on. It did vibrate after holding the side button but then nothing else happened. It has since stopped even vibrating. No lights are on at all.

They are pretty much all dead and we are not getting any real help in these forums - other than those basic copy n paste responses about turning Bluetooth on and off etc- none of that basic stuff works. And we don't need to read a post about how 'syncing works' - we know that. I am really starting to get angry about the complete lack of interest or customer service in what is obviously an issue caused by the latest firmware update.

Yep. Same. They need to take this piece of junk back and give me, not only a brand new watch, but also an upgrade at no charge to me. I paid $150 for this watch less than a year ago. It worked great at first, but I started having trouble with it not syncing or giving me credit for my workouts only a few months after I bought it. Most of the time, a reset or unpairing and repairing it to my phone would get it working again for a while. Then several weeks ago, I got a prompt for an update. I gave permission for the update, and when I woke up the next morning, the SpO2 clock face I’ve been using since I bought the watch last fall, was all pixelated. When I installed other clock faces, they all worked fine. I called customer service and told them what was happening. Spent an hour on the phone and sending photos via email of my watch face and what it looked like with SpO2, and then with one that was working. He advised me to do a factory reset (which I told him I had already tried before I called), and of course that did nothing. He said, “Let me talk to my supervisor and see if he is aware of this issue.” 20 minutes later he comes back on the line and says, “My supervisor said to just use a different clock face, then try to reinstall SpO2 tomorrow. It’s probably just a glitch that will clear itself out.” That’s call center speak for, “We have no idea what the problem is and don’t have a clue how to fix it. So, we’re just gonna blow you off now, and pretend we did something for you.” Less than a week after that, the SpO2 face still wasn’t working, and the watch hasn’t been working at all, either. Haven’t had a chance to call customer service back yet, but when I do I feel sorry for the person who answers. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬!!!!

Fitbits are a piece of crap with very poor customer service. Worth spending the extra money and buying a Garmin or Apple watch. The most you get from support is an offer to sell you another piece of crap at 25% off. A great business model if you are selling to a bunch of **ahem**s but most of us aren't. Stop buying Fitbit products. Companies that sell crap need to go under or lose that business segment. I had hopes when Goggle bought them but hope doesn't get you too far. Fitbits suck - I have over a dozen broken ones yet (Flex, Force, Charge, Charge HR, Inspire, Inspire2 Versa and Versa Lite. They all suck. May last about a year while Apples and Garmins last decades. Do the math.
