Versa Lite Exercise not transferring from fitbit to phone

My Versa Lite won't transfer the exercise data from my watch to my fitbit. On my watch it shows 4 out of 5 days exercise and the duration etc. I can only manually add exercise, it doesn't go up on app like it did 2 days ago. I've uninstall the app, restarted my fitbit and phone, cleared the cache, logged in on dashboard here which just allows me to go into the app. Any other advice??

Hey, I'm having the same problem! it started yesterday, all my activity daily exercise just went blank. The area on the App where it used to be is just gray. I've tried every way(like yourself) to get my info back with no success...I was looking for answers here. Hopefully someone with an answer will help! so frustarting

Same with my versa3…all other parameters sync.

I am having the same issue. The exercise days are gray and look like they're attempting to load, but never do. I tried to attach a screenshot but the site won't let me. I have tried the restart, clearing cache, re-installing etc as well. Please help us Fitbit!

Yeah same as mine, it's like a grey loading box and that's it. Must be the app so, hopefully all is not lost!!
