I just got my Versa lite today, and the HR lights have yet to ever come on, therefore it has not scanned my heart rate at all. I have done a factory reset, made sure the HR was turned on in the settings on the watch, and cleaned both the sensor and my arm. I've also tried moving it up and down my arm, and even tried my right arm with no success. I'm very disappointed.

Hi @Jessica0907 It sounds defective, which is sad. If you bought it from a store then return it for an exchange, or I will get a moderator to help you with contacting Support.
