I received my Fitbit Versa Lite for Christmas 2019. I have been careful and afraid to use near water other than washing my hands but while on vacation last week I decided to use it to catch my activity in the pool. Within one to two days of wearing it in the pool my Fitbit stopped picking up my heart beat and I could no longer see the green light flickering on the back. I made sure that it was still set to on to capture my heart beat and it was still on. I did all of the steps listed in the community forums to try to reactivate the capture of my heart beat (cleaning with alcohol and drying it, turn off/on and syncing, changing bands, repositions on my wrist, etc.) and none of that worked. After a couple of days of the heart beat not working the Fitbit began to lose charge quickly or would turn off even though the battery had been charged. I have completed a factory reset twice and left it on the charger for long periods of time. It will work for a few minutes and then turn off on its on again. I was wondering if it could be replaced under the limited warranty?
