Versa Lite HR settings not available

I no longer have any HR settings showing on the app or desktop. HR stopped working so I troubleshooted and it said go to settings and make sure it's set to AUTO but I dont even have that option. I have a screen shot but I can't upload it here. It is turned on on the actual device, but there is no where else to change it available.
