Hi,
I brought a Fitbit versa Lite this morning. It has all the updates done on them and so does my phone app.
When i go on my phone to view my HR chart it says that there is 'no measurements on'.
After reading other posts I have checked HR is on, on the fit bit. I have tried restarting it. I have also forecast stopped the app. I have also tried uninstalling the app and connecting again.
It has being on my wrist for nearly 12 hours now and I would have thought that's enough time to collect at least some data??
Any advice???

I don't have the lite, but my Versa is doing the same thing. Everything works but my heart rate. I have rebooted, went back to factory settings, called customer support, and still nothing.

Same! I have rebooted my phone, deleted the app and tried again, rebooted my Versa and it still is incorrect.

I tweeted customer services and they just basically told me to turn my phone and the fit bit off and on again. And check if both had the latest updates which they did.... magically it started working about a hour later.
Now have another problem though. I went for a walk yesterday and when I had finished I could see my map and data but now I can only see the data but no map of where i walked.
This is so frustrating!

That's what I did. It's a proper nightmare!
