Versa Lite I can only store one clock face

Hi,  I've just bought a Versa Lite, charged it, an update was needed, so I followed the instructions and all went ok. Version now 38.33.1.30.

Everything  seemed ok but I can only store one clock face. If I download a second, the first one doesn't show in the Fitbit app. Plus there is no "clock" app on the Versa to see stored clock faces on the watch.

Also, there is no "do not disturb" or "sleep mode"

I have no way of knowing if there were any faults before the update.

Has anyone else experienced this, Help please

There is a later update that has the features you are missing.  You can try to force that update by doing a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About, Factory Reset.

Unfortunately he is in the same situation I am. I am currently stuck on the previous update even after doing a factory reset. I even contacted customer support because I have yet to receive a prompt to update my versa lite to the newest firmware. All they told me to do was to wait until I got a prompt to update.

If anyone has any ideas how to force this update that would be great. I would love to have spotify on my Versa but can't because it requires the newest update that has been out since October...
