Versa Lite Keeps Restarting, lag, no notifications

I have no idea whats happening but ive only had this device for a month and its already become unusable. It keeps restarting. I have to manually sync it even though its on for "all day sync" and it doesn't sync all the time. I havent received any recent notifications for the week. It lags all the time and just when I was working out last Friday, it wasnt syncing in my exercises properly to MyFitnessPal and Fitbit App which defeats the purpose of me using the product. Its practically unusable and its very frustrating.

 

If anyone is facing the same types of issues where its restarting randomly/no notifications/lags/syncing issues, plus informed and tell me how you solved it. Ive only seen forums where the issues ive listed were single subjects. I dont even take this to go swimming. 

 

I really enjoyed using my Versa Lite but Im honestly very disappointed with this product. If I had know the performance was this bad, I would've bought a smart watch from Samsung/Apple. This was my first fitbit too and this is telling me the software doesnt seem to be reliable.

My screen on my Versa 2 has become unresponsive in the last couple days. Can't release alarms, can't swipe up, down or sideways. The button on the side sometimes works. Doesn't always come on when I lift my arm to look at it. Restarting the watch worked the first time, but now that doesn't even help. Will be watching to see what you find out.
