Hi! I bought my Versa Lite this past February, prior to my college closing. Haven't had a single problem till last week. I'm sorry for the length, I've had a lot of issues.
Last week/beginning of July, my heart rate monitor stopped working. Found this out a week after this issue started. (I hadn't checked my sleep log for a while and that's how I figured out it wasn't working correctly.) Factory reset it four days ago, put the device back on my account, and went to bed. Woke up the next day and it was at 0%, despite it being charged to 100% during the reset process.
Went walking that day, heartrate monitor would randomly stop. (Usually once I started sweating more. I cleaned off the sweat and tightened it more, but the same issue persisted.)
That night I walked again. I went through the Exercise app to track my walk. Fitbit, on its own, kept rapidly pausing and unpausing my exercise, once it did it for a solid 15 seconds straight. After the walk, I would try to scroll through the apps and it would keep getting stuck and would start flickering wildly. Had to restart it multiple times as it kept getting stuck and/or it was flickering too wildly.
The next day (aka two days ago), I woke up to a dead Fitbit, again. Threw it on the charger and went walking. Yesterday the same thing happened. I ended up only charging it to 27% and went for a walk before it got too hot out. Sister suggested letting it die before recharging it to 100%. Did that. It worked fine for a few hours. Then, I went on an evening walk. Right as soon as I was getting ready to finish my walk, it restarted on its own. (It kept the milage, albeit .10 miles off.)
Last night my clock started lagging behind. Restarted it. Then, I thought it was dead because, after clicking the button, the screen was still black. Left it on the charger and ate supper. It still wouldn't show my clockface. I restarted it. Ultimately decided to try to use it as normal, and it worked. (Basically, the clockface was completely black, but other than that, the device still worked when I swiped left on the clockface.) Restarted it and it worked, except, when trying to scroll, it got stuck. Restarted it and it worked.
I woke up this morning again to it being dead, despite it being at 92% last night when I went to bed.
I really like my versa lite, but I've just had so many problems just within the last few days. I want to just fix this one/keep this one, but I doubt I can. I haven't done anything different, except walking more in the Midwestern heat. Other than that, I've done literally nothing differently. I've tried literally every option I've seen on here, but nothing is fixed. Nobody has had the amount of problems I've had with mine and, when I try fixing the issues, they're usually very temporary fixes and another problem comes along.
Currently (morning of 7/12) it's still on the charger, as I woke up to it dead this morning. I don't know what to do. I just want a functioning versa lite again.
If y'all read this far, thank you. I know it's super long.

My sleep mode stopped working months ago, so I stopped wearing it while sleeping. Been good otherwise, except two days ago the screen went black and now it won’t charge. Zero. Zip. Nada. I just bought it last Christmas, love it, but this is crazy. And now there is no one to contact for help. It is absolutely dead in the water

Update as of late 7/12:
- Fitbit started glitching out. And by glitching out, I mean the entire screen turned weird colors, clock no longer visible. Restarted it. Nothing changed. Plugged it in. I could see my background, but it had a very green tint to it. As it kept charging, lights kept getting brighter. Then, it just turned black. It vibrates and the sensor on the back is still flashing. At least I could still use it when it was frozen, but I literally cannot use it anymore. 😭
