My versa lite all of a sudden has a bunch of lines going through the screen. I tried to restart and that did not work

Since restarting your Versa Lite didn't solve the display issue, I recommend you to try changing its clock face following the steps that are specified on: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.
