We bought this as a gift for my mom. She is unable to swipe. She let the battery run out. She did a hard reset. With social distancing I can't go over to her house to help. Any advice? If a moderator will contact her that would be great! I'll be watching this post for replies so I can get the correct person in touch with her if needed. Any other suggestions? Thanks for your help!
