[Versa Lite] No distance on photo when post

I posted the first photo on my post. Distance, time and pace are shown on the photo.  I, however, would like to post another photo, but the distance was not shown on it.  There are time, calories, avg bpm and steps. The distance is needed to be shown on my run as an evidence submitted to my company run activity. I would appreciate it if someone could help me solve this issue.

Let me help you with your missing distance. Which activity are you sharing? Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also could you share a screenshot of what you see?

Thank you very much for your suggestion.  I did as you suggested, but the distance still disappears.
