Versa Lite Screen "Settings Required"

A few minutes ago my Fitbit Versa vibrated, and now instead of my clock, I get a black screen with the words "Settings Required."  I have tried opening/closing the app.  Turning my phone off/on.  I have removed and reinstalled the devise to the app.  I have removed and added the clock in the app.  I have tried the website.  Nothing seems to work.  Can someone help me out please?

Hi @Niki11  Try restarting several times if you havent already. Also try a Factory Reset. If these dont revive it then you will need to contact Customer Support

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
