3 times over the last few days, my Versa Lite suddenly shuts off and tells me I have no battery left, only hours after showing I have more than 25% battery.
Once, it even came back to life a few hours later, with 15% battery, but it again suddenly shut down. I have charged it back to 100% twice already, and it's still happening.
This also is happening right after I updated the firmware.

Try a shutdown and restart the watch, it may clear this behaviour.
If not, probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Good Idea. I'll let it charge to 100 and then try it.
Support is just offering me a discount on the next one. Jokes on them, their website is broken and I literally can't buy anything.
