My fitbit versa lite is not working...
Runs on a huawei y6 2019 but was having problems with it on my Samsung galaxy j7
Firmware 38.72.1.9
App version is 3.37.1 (20243550)
All updates r u to date... Just displaying tap to start download on my fitbit screen ...

Do you have access to a computer to send me the image over there? If so, please go to the Community Forums and click on the little camera icon to attach the image. Otherwise, please send me a private message with the photo so I can further assist you.
