I have restarted the device many times within the last few days.
I have purchased a new charger.
I have cleaned the back of the device.
Nothing has worked.
Is it time to send it to Fitbit Heaven?

Two questions @LVCatmom,
1.) What exactly is going on? Just saying you have charging issues doesn't help anyone. There's millions of reasons why something may not charge, so to save everyone time, we need as many details as possible.
2.) Are the charging pins and ports cleaned and lined up? These provide a secure connection between the device and charger and without that connection, the device won't charge.
