Hey all,
So I purchased a Versa Lite yesterday and for the most part so far I've been happy with it, however I am curious about calorie tracking whilst walking.
I completed 2 walking activities today, each 3.7km with my heart rate in the upper regions of the cardio zone and apparently each of these walks burned 780 calories. I'm a big guy (6'1 - 130kg) but this seems kind of insane to me.
Does this seem even remotely possible? I have my height/weight etc correctly configured in the app. If this is not accurate, is there anything I can do increase the accuracy?
I'm mostly just asking out of curiosity as I have no intention of changing my current diet plan, eating back extra calories or anything of that nature.
Cheers

Hi @InsanitysFall ,
It's quite possible, because of your weight and how much time you're spending in the upper cardio zone. Those type of workouts can burn calories quickly.
It's the food logging that balances calories burned, and it's the only way to determine how accurate the calories burned are. Without food logging, the calories burned is just a number without any point of comparison.
Sorry, there's no adjustment that can be made to calories burned. If you do food logging, you can make calorie adjustments on that side to keep weight loss going at a proper pace. The scale is really a good friend in this case.
