Since the last two days - my versa lite is not discoverable by bluetooth and neither does the device sync
Have uninstalled reinstalled Fitbit App on my iphone.. I do not wish to hard reset .. Will I loose all the data if I do a reset ?

I would not recommend doing a factory reset on your Fitbit device. I did it as part of my troubleshooting to make it work, and now I can't even set it back up because my app can't find it.

Sadly I had reset my device and now my phone does not find the watch. So spoke to customer service. They are shipping a new one over. The watch was just 11 months old
