Versa Lite and Samsung A32G

Am at my wits end have updated the firmware on my versa Lite, synced to my phone, still cant get any messages, when my phone rings it displays perfectly, all notifications are on, what to try next to solve my problem?

Hi @AlHawkes - you should check which version OS is on your phone. It should be at 10 or higher according to the Help pages. Hope this helps.

Thanks Carol, my phone uses android 11, have set up my partners watch with a Samsung Galaxy S7, Android 8 without any issues so am guessing it might be an android 11 issue.

I’m afraid it would agree with you, @AlHawkes . You can try calling Fitbit support to see if they have any more information on it.
