Hello,
I have tried everything to get this to work. My Versa lite is not tracking my miles or pace correctly. I really like this watch my husband gave me this for Christmas and I really do not want to buy another one. I have tried updating my stride running length and that did not work. It is connected to my phone and GPS when I get the Run button. Could someone please tell me if there is another step I missing that I need to change on my watch and the FitBit App. I just started spring training for a race in May. And I want to get an accurant Mileage and Pace. Thank you.

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa Lite is not recording your distance and pace accurately. Thank you for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.
I would like to clarify, when you track an activity with GPS, your watch calculates your distance using GPS data rather than steps. If your activity doesn't require GPS as the treadmill, your watch will use the formula below to calculate your distance. Your stride length is determined by your height and sex.
Steps x Stride Length = Distance Traveled
On this case, I would recommend performing a restart to your watch by following these steps.
