Versa Lite asks me to update it constantly

My versa lite was losing time and freezing. I reseted it to factory standards, now it’s just keeps asking me to update. Over and over and over again.

Hi @Jtg1959, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

 

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa Lite since is loses time, freezes and now it asks you to update it.

 

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know how the factory reset was performed.

 

In the meantime, try a regular restart. To do so, follow the steps listed in this article. After this, update your watch as advised in this help page. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 24 hours and see if the issues get fixed.
